What to expect

Clean customer-facing areas

Entrances, signs and walkways can be cleaned as part of one visit.

Deal with common surface problems

The scope can include algae, chewing gum, spillages and general traffic dirt.

Plan around the site

Access, opening hours and pedestrian or vehicle movements are agreed before the work is booked.

  1. 01

    Review the site

We confirm the surfaces, access, drainage and any documents needed for the work.

  2. 02

    Agree the cleaning method

The equipment and treatment are chosen for the surface and type of soiling.

  3. 03

    Complete the clean

The work is carried out in the agreed areas and at the agreed time.

  4. 04

    Check the finished areas

We review the completed work and discuss any ongoing maintenance that may be useful.

Getting a quote

  • Send the site address, rough area and a few photos
  • Tell us which surfaces need cleaning and what is causing the problem
  • Let us know about access, opening hours and the best time for the work
  • Share any site paperwork or induction details we need to allow for

Do you provide paperwork for commercial cleans?

Tell us which site documents and reporting your organisation requires. We will confirm what can be supplied before you book.

Can you work outside of trading hours?

Possibly. Tell us your opening hours and preferred timing and we will confirm what is available.

What types of commercial sites do you clean?

We clean suitable exterior areas around shops, offices, managed properties and other commercial sites. Send the site details and photos so we can check the job.

Can every mark be completely removed?

Not always. Age, porosity, previous treatments and the source of a stain affect the result. Once we have seen the surface, we will explain what is realistic and may suggest a small test area.

What if the surface is already damaged?

Loose pointing, failing coatings, cracked materials and unstable joints need to be identified before cleaning. We will discuss whether cleaning should be adjusted, delayed or avoided.
