What to expect

Treat paint and marker staining

The removal method is chosen after checking the coating and the material underneath it.

Take care with the surface

Brick, stone, render, metal and painted finishes can respond differently, so a test patch may be needed.

Discuss future protection

Where suitable, we can discuss a coating that may make later removal easier.

  1. 01

    Check the paint and surface

We identify the material, coating and porosity before choosing a removal method.

  2. 02

    Apply a suitable treatment

A suitable product is used to soften or break down the graffiti.

  3. 03

    Rinse the treated area

Residue is removed using a method appropriate for the underlying surface.

  4. 04

    Optional protective coating

Anti-graffiti sealers can be applied to make future removal easier.

Getting a quote

Can you remove graffiti without damaging brickwork?

We use a test area and the gentlest practical method, but no process is risk-free on weak or porous brickwork. We explain any concern before starting.

Do you remove graffiti from painted surfaces?

Sometimes, but the graffiti and original paint may respond to the same treatment. A test patch helps show whether removal or repainting is the better option.

How quickly can you attend?

Availability varies. Send the location and clear photos and we will confirm the earliest suitable slot.

Can every mark be completely removed?

Not always. Age, porosity, previous treatments and the source of a stain affect the result. Once we have seen the surface, we will explain what is realistic and may suggest a small test area.

What if the surface is already damaged?

Loose pointing, failing coatings, cracked materials and unstable joints need to be identified before cleaning. We will discuss whether cleaning should be adjusted, delayed or avoided.
